This Miss Chinese Toronto pageant welcomes applications from all single females of Chinese descent between the age of 17 and 25, who are Canadian citizens or residents. The winner will represent the City of Toronto at the annual Miss Chinese International Pageant, organized by TVB.

Toronto's best results came in 1992 (Rosemary Chan) & 1997 (Monica Lo) where the winners captured the MCI crown. Recent success also includes Christie Bartram (1st RU at MCI 2002), Diana Wu (2nd RU at MCI 2003), Sherry Chen (2nd RU at MCI 2007).
