Shirley Zhou became the second Miss Vancouver in succession to win at MCI. Her win was deserved, as she had great presentation that night, height, figure, education, talent, and beauty. Shirley's musicality of the cello was also impressive and this was what helped her towards the end. Her winning moment was very pleasant to see, as she did not expect herself to win. Well done Shirley!

Christie Bartram hailed from Toronto, and became the first winner since Monica Lo in '97 to place in the top 3. The Canadian beauty lost in height, but carried herself with elegance. She was given a contract after the competition, which she turned down. Christie currently attends the Pre-Richard Ivey Program at Western University. The most prestigious business program of Canada.

Angela Foo shined during the night and looked very sweet during her talent of the Malaysian dance, which was more interesting than the poem reading and chinese dance performed by the other finalists.
