The
top 3 that year deserved their placement.
The winner Shirley Zhao eventually went to
MCI, where she placed first! It was a first
at MCI with the back to back crowns with queens
hailing from Vancouver, BC.
Shirley's
performance was superb in every segment.
However, her interview could have gone
better. It was also no wonder that she
won the Miss Classica Elegance award,
as she had the performance of a queen
that evening.
Teresa
Tsuei also delivered a fine performance,
as well as a wonderful interview. Perhaps
the judges felt she lacked the elegant
look of Shirley?
Leann
Lindgren's placement was perhaps questionable,
but her physical beauty one one of the
best, particularly her height. This was
the factor which likely gave her the edge
towards the end. Her interview was mediocre,
but overall, a fine performance for Miss
Friendship!
